End of EIR RED Maserati Ride
:
Dear awesome EIR students,
Our EIR RED Maserati Ride ends this week. Despite such a speedy ride over some bumpy roads and roller-coaster turns, we all have survived this journey. Hey, you all Made it! You all survived EIR despite your hectic workload in your respective Diplomas. Pat yourselves on the back. You are now equipped with the necessary research skills to embark on your new journey in your respective Diplomas. I trust that the research fireworks will continue to be ignited in each one of you. Let this fireworks continue to light up your life as you continue your study in TP and beyond.
Thank you for your warm friendship and participation in completing all EIR activities, despite your other commitments in your personal and academic life. I have had a fantastic and joyful experience interacting and teaching all of you and learning from one another. I will miss all of you especially your jokes and laughters.
Throughout our journey together, we have learnt a lot about Internet and issues related to our youths and society today like narcissism, depression, human trafficking, racial harmony, poverty and smoking, etc. Besides using the Internet for research purposes, you have used social media to communicate your ideas professionally via Facebook to virtually collaborate with new friends from USA and interactively engage the online community, worked closely with your group mates via Wiki and provided interesting feedback on your peers’ research findings presentations via Twitter and Tumblr.
I look forward to all your presentations and trust that you will do an epic-win presentation that will rock the house.
Our friendship does not have to end with the closure of EIR class this week. We will stay connected virtually on our EIR DPA Facebook, Twitter and email. As a final close to our EIR Oct 2012 semester, I invite all of you to spend 1-minute of your time to autograph a meaningful and inspirational comment/remark about EIR in the comments column of this EIR blog. Please also give us your feedback on EIR via OLIVE.
As you end your EIR journey and begin your new journey in your respective Diploma courses, remember to work hard to achieve your dreams. Be inspired by Elvis Presley & Celine Dion’s song “If I Can Dream” and Taylor Swift’s inspirational success story. You can achieve your dreams when you believe in yourself and work towards achieving your dreams.
Till we meet again in other encounters, I wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Stay Positive & Happy Always!
